At Star Beauty Mart, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We offer exchanges only, not refunds, within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.
- No cash refunds will be provided. Eligible products may only be exchanged for another product, subject to availability.
